2 Cornish Game Hens
2 Tablespoons Salted Butter
Salt & Pepper
2 Cups Your Favorite Holiday Stuffing Recipe (Raw)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously salt and pepper inside and out of the hens. Coat the breast of each bird with 1/2 of the butter between the skin and the meat. Stuff the hens with your favorite stuffing recipe in its raw state.
Place in a shallow greased baking dish and cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Remove the foil. Baste the hens with the remaining butter and bake another 25 to 30 minutes or until a rich golden brown and juices run clear. Center of stuffing should read at least 165 degrees and hens 180 degrees.
