Burros-n-Churros Dining Experience

Have YOU been to Burros-n-Churros yet? No? Well, we have and we plan on going again. First of all, their menu has a wonderful selection of fresh Mexicali options as well as American cuisine, including burgers complete by a pile of crispy warm fries, sandwiches, loaded tots, fresh soft serve ice cream and much more you will find.
On my most recent visit with my daughter, I was thrilled by their burrito bowl options and she was ecstatic to see mini corn dogs on the kids menu. Do you know how rare it is to find a restaurant with options we can both agree on? Part of my excitement was the fact that they had ‘salad style’ listed as an option for their burrito bowls and as someone who is carb conscious I always appreciate a restaurant that considers all dietary needs. My daughter on the other hand, she prefers carbs only and is on a strict kids diet of sugar, Mac n cheese, and apparently mini corn dogs, haha. Jokes aside, no matter what your dietary needs or food preferences are, Burros-n-Churros has you covered.
Their fresh mexi-cali options range from gourmet tacos, burritos, enchiladas, nachos, build-a-bowl options, and of course they offer daily specials. Their specials highlight everything from their wonderful Birch Street Burger which features hand-crafted, never frozen angus beef, bacon, Swiss cheese, caramelized onions and mushrooms dressed with garlic aioli, atop a brioche bun all the way to their mouthwatering fish tacos served with warm beans and rice.
While you may go for the food, you’ll want to stay a little longer for the service because both the owners and their staff go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy a warm meal. They made us feel so seen and taken care of. To start you’ll get to indulge in their complimentary chips with two delicious homemade salsa options and whatever you’d like to drink and as an added bonus you’ll enjoy their sparkling personalities and warm welcoming conversation through out your entire dining experience. You can tell it’s a labor of love for them and that passion and appreciation for what they do shines through and makes you feel right at home.
