6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate
1 cup whole milk
1 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
9 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in blender. Add ice, Blend until ice is fully blended and mixture appears frothy.
