Serve with tri-color tortilla chips for a festive table! Also can be served with toasted bread cubes or crackers.


1 box frozen spinach or 2 cups packed fresh spinach (chopped small and drained)

8 oz. cream cheese

1 14 oz. jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup parmesan

1/4 cup sour cream

pinch of onion powder

pinch of salt


Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup of the parmesan.

Stir well, spread in shallow pan and top with additional parmesan bake 350º about  30 minutes or  until lightly browned on top.

Place tri-color tortilla chips on cookie sheet. To warm, bake 10 minutes at 350º just before serving.
