Ingredients:

3 chicken breasts

Mrs. Dash’s garlic seasoning

Butter

Olive oil

1-2 handfuls of Spinach

1 bottle Bolthouse Farms Caesar Dressing

1 spaghetti squash

Italian Bread crumbs

1-2 cups of your favorite Italian cheese

Directions:

First bake your spaghetti squash in the oven. If you’ve never done this before simply cut it in half length wise, scrape out the seeds, drizzle with olive oil and place it cut side down in an oven safe dish at 350 for about 40 minutes. For this recipe I believe I only used half of the squash shredded after it was cooked.

Next chop the chicken and cook over your stove with a mixture of half butter, half olive oil and season to taste with Mrs. Dash’s garlic seasoning and pepper. Set fully cooked chicken aside and let cool. Next dump your chicken into a bowl and add a couple handfuls of spinach, and almost a full bottle of Bolthouse Farms Caesar Dressing.

The first time I tried this Dressing was for this recipe and oh my gosh, I’ve bought countless bottles since. It’s made with yogurt and is on the healthier side but you would not be able to tell by the taste. It is my absolute favorite now! Next add half of your shredded spaghetti squash (depending on the size you may add the whole thing). Mix all ingredients together and fill a 9×11 baking dish. Make sure to spray the pan first. Sprinkle with cheese and Italian bread crumbs and bake at 350 for about 35-45 minutes. This goes great with a side salad and garlic bread. I hope you love it as much as my family and I do!
