Cinnamon Apple Infused Vodka

1 bottle Vodka 4-6

Ceylon cinnamon sticks

6-8 large apples

Pour vodka into a clean jar with lid. Add cinnamon sticks. Cut apples up into chunks and add to jar. Seal lid and shake. Store the jar in a cool, dark location. Let all the good stuff ferment for about 12-24 hours. Your cinnamon apple vodka can be stored for up to 6 months.
