1 large bunch broccoli (cut in bite size pieces)

Dressing: ½ cup chopped red onion 1 cup mayonnaise

¾ cup chopped celery

¼ cup sugar

½ cup sliced grapes

2 ½ Tbsp. red wine vinegar

½ cup hulled sunflower seeds

Optional: ½ lb. bacon, fried crisp

Combine salad ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Set aside. Combine dressing ingredients in medium bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour dressing over salad ingredients and stir to blend. If desired add crumbled bacon. Chill before serving and refrigerate leftovers.
