You will need a bundt pan.

1 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup flour

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1/2 cup butter + 2 Tbsp.

3/4 cup walnuts

1 batch of yeast dough – see recipe on this page

Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter with pastry cutter or using two knives. Cut until crumbly, in small crumbles: Place about 1/4 cup of the crumbly mixture in the bottom of the well-buttered pan. Begin dropping clumps of dough over the mixture. Add more mixture over the dough and repeat, adding more dough and crumbles until you have used them all: Bake at 375º for 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Loosen edges with knife before removing from pan.
