Three Easy Breakfasts In Bed The Kids Can Make On Mothers Day

The kids love to serve mom on her special day. Here a few child friendly recipes that are tasty without turning on the stove.


1) Oh Honey


1 Cup of Honey Flavored Greek Yogurt (Greek Gods brand Is wonderful)

1/2 Cup Honey Bunches Of Oats or Honey Oat Granola

1/4 Cup Moms Favorite Honey Roasted Nuts

Honey for top drizzle

Put yogurt in a pretty bowl. Top with granola and nuts. Drizzle honey on top. Serve with hot tea sweetened with honey.


2) Apple Cinnamon Medley


1 Cinnamon Raisin Bagel

Whipped Cream Cheese

1 Tablespoon Cinnamon Sugar

1 cup Applesauce

Apple Cider

1 Cinnamon Stick

Toast the bagel and then butter with a generous amount of whipped cream cheese.  Sprinkle the top with cinnamon sugar. Serve with the applesauce also sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. Serve with hot apple cider with a cinnamon stick in the cup.


3) Fabulous and Fruity Smoothie


1 Cup Vanilla Yogurt

1 Small Banana

1 Cup Frozen Berries

1/2 Cup Milk

1 Envelope Strawberry Instant Breakfast



Blend all ingredients until smooth in the blender. Serve in a tall glass with toast and jam.
