2 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 ½ cups fresh or frozen blackberries (thawed/drained)
2 eggs
½ cup melted butter
1 cup milk
3/4 cup sugar

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place paper cups in ungreased tins or grease muffin tins.

Mix all dry ingredients together well In a separate bowl, beat eggs, then ad the melted butter. Stir that liquid into the dry mix immediately.. Do not overmix. When mixed, gently fold in berries and fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 20 – 25 minutes or until golden brown.
